My First semester of college has been harder then any schooling I've had up to this point and I'm honestly proud of my self for making it to this far .Ive always heard my teachers in high school say “college is a different game “, but I didnt really believe them until now .Although I'm not getting the best grades possible I am very proud that I'm still in it and not giving up. My college experience has been great so far and I've learned so much in such a short time. I learned things you can take with you forever beyond College all through life. Ive had to mature a lot in college theres so much freedom you have to control yourself. Your not going to always like your classes or professors but I've learned in college that you have to adjust your pace or you won't last. Its been alot of times where I've felt overwhelmed and  like I couldn't finish but I've been keeping myself motivated and keeping some positive friend. College is a place where you find and learn who you are I've grown so much mentally being in college . In high school I never studied because it wasn't that difficult to pass any of the tests I just listened in class and did homework but nothing extra.My family have all been to college and have graduated and I want to see that line alive. Even though I know college just gets harder as you progress but I'm ready for the difficulty and change. All of my teachers have taught me life long skills that I can use as I progress I've learned a lot and am prepared for the next steps. Adjusting to college wasn't easy I had some failed papers and missing assignments because I was treated it like high school .I quickly realized that they weren't similar at all.College is a lot like life the things you go through you have to keep a open mind and learn from it but even when it gets hard you can't quit .College  Is a development process but you have to participate and give in to it to see results it chances your ways and break bad habits . I wasn't even gonna go to college but my mom talked me into it and told me I was missing out on a good experience and a good path in life. Im glad I chose to come because now I feel more secure in life it doesn't feel like floating anymore .Im glad that I have more self responsibility now because its easy to get lost In your freedom a party here and there is cool but it can't interfere with homework. Ive been having a awesome college experience and I'm ready to make more great memories and mile stones .Ive learned so much. Already I just know more info and bigger tasks are headed my way but I believe that I've been taught the knowledge and skills I need to face these new tasks head first.
